Thurber Home Plans - Thurber Home Plans needed an updated look to their dark, hard to use website. I provided them with an updated bright look and a much easier to navigate website including search and lightboxed house plan images. I also improved their SEO by changing to a CSS based layout and improved their purchasing workflow to improve their profits!
BC Senior Boys 'A' Volleyball Tournament 2010 - The 2010 Boys Volleyball Tournament was hosted by Duncan Christian School. They came to me looking for a website which would provide information to the teams before the tournament about lodging, locations, transportation, etc. They also needed a results section on the website where their tournament directors would be able to easily update game scores in real time after each set of each game to allow family, friends and schools to keep up to date on how their team was doing. I went for a simple, easy to navigate site as many of their user's would not be techno-savy. The tournament directors loved how easy it was to update the site and received numerous comments from teams and schools about useful they found the site during the tournament.
The Mud Room Clayworks - The Mud Room Clayworks is a popular pottery shop located in Cowichan Bay, BC. They came to us looking to create a web presence for people visiting Cowichan Bay and advertise their unique sea themed pottery along with their yellow dragon fly collection.
CFS Best Practice - CFS Best Practice needed a website to act as an online brochure for the software. Working with them I was able to create a site which blended with their paper advertising plans.
Clean Sweep Services - Clean Sweep came to me looking for a website that would provide visitors information about the varied services they offered. We decided on a site with a consistent design, but different content for the different services. I also worked with Clean Sweep to develop an online application for managing their bus bookings, drivers and clients. The application manages incoming requests and notifying drivers and clients of changes in the status of their trips as they go from pending to confirmed.
